		About me:	I have managed the InnovationSpace program since 2006. In my spare time, I also work as a writer who focuses almost exclusively on the life sciences. I live to hike. Preferred places for wearing down the treads on my hiking boots include the Grand Canyon, Chiricahua Mountains of southeastern Arizona, Superstition Wilderness, the Minnesota shore of Lake Superior and my home ground of South Mountain. Experiencing new plants, critters and/or ecologies is the purest form of creaturely joy I know.

			Prasad Boradkar \| Phoenix, AZ

		About me:	Prasad Boradkar is an associate professor in Industrial Design at Arizona State University in Tempe. He is the Director of InnovationSpace, a transdisciplinary laboratory at Arizona State University where students and faculty partner with corporations to explore user-centered product concepts that improve society and the environment. His publications include several articles and a book titled Designing Things: A Critical Introduction to the Culture of Objects.

		About me:	Since spring semester of 2009, Adrian has been a teaching assistant for ISpace. He is currently a biologist, specializing in the study of ant behavior and communication. In ISpace he works on teaching biomimicry and consults with teams on how, using nature as a guide, we can make our products more sustainable and innovative.
